Dubrovnick, also called the pearl of the Adriatic, is an amazing city and a popular destination for sailing holidays in Croatia, in the south of Dalmatia. The city is famous for its walls, UNESCO World Heritage, and fully rebuilt after the bombings and earthquakes. Dubrovnick, like Split, an extraordinary mix of Mediterranean vegetation, palm trees, tropical plants, oranges and lemons gardens, mild climate and architecture influenced by the Venetian, Byzantine, African. Less than 200 meters from the town is the island of Lokrum, with its numerous sandy beaches, some frequented by naturist. Elafite islands are also very close, very beautiful but not very well known by mass tourism.

The Dears Island

Elafite islands (Deers Island ) are islands that dominate the stretch of sea in front of the city of Dubrovnick, and have an amazing nature with forests overlooking the sea, and transparent waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling, diving.

The Elafite islands are Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan and Jakljan Olip. Not far from Dubrovnick you will also find the island of Mljet with its archipelago of smaller islands. This island has been declared a national park from the 60s and is one of the most intact area of the whole Mediterranean.

A pristine environment

On the island there is the pine forest that is considered the most beautiful and unspoiled of Mediterranean and the island is also called the “green island”. Lastovo is another not to be missed: The island of Lastovo,surrounded by 46 other smaller islets, is far from the coast and this is why is still wild and untouched.

1) Starts from the marina of Dubrovnik for a short sail to the beaches of the island of Lokrum.

2) The second day it’s off to the beautiful islands Elafite .

3) Sail to the island of Mljet and spend the day visiting the National Park.

4) Sail to the island of Korcula and its many islands.

5) Sail to the island of Lastovo before returning to the city of Dubrovnik.

1) Departure from Dubrovnik to Mljet and drop the anchor in the small harbor of Sobra .

2) Sail to Pomena on the island of Mljet before sailing to Korcula.

3)Spend the day out in Polace on the north coast of Mljet.

4)Sail in total quiet to the islands of Sipan Sipanska Luka bay Elafite

5) Return to Dubrovnik.
