From Bosa to Asinara sailing and cycling, to discover the interior and the coast of the North West side of Sardinia
Day of arrival
Transfer or independent arrival in Bosa, where it is moored the gulet and welcome aboard.
DAY 1 :
Bosa is a lovely medieval town famous for its fine embroidery and gold filigree. Malvasia wine route (21 km) A short ride that takes you through the vineyards of Malvasia wine route, with final tasting of the famous wine in a typical cellar. DAY 2: Bosa – Alghero (50 km)
Probably one of the most beautiful streets in the whole Sardinia , the stretch of coast between Bosa and Alghero is still home to the last colony of grifon vultures. Nice ride along a scenic route through the cliffs overlooking the sea and views of the Gulf of Alghero and Capo Caccia.
Day 3: Tour of Villanova (50 km)
After a visit to the beautiful city of Alghero, we leave the coast to discover the wild interior of Sardinia, along a route that will take us across the lake Cuga, the valleys, the slopes and headlands between the towns of Putifigari and Villanova Monteleone. A thrilling ride brings us back to Alghero.
DAY 4: Alghero – Porto Conte (45 km)
We ride through the countryside full of vineyards and olive groves, where there is great production of oil and wine of international renown. A visit to the mysterious prehistoric past of the island at the Nuraghe Palmavera is a must during your sailing and biking holiday in Sardinia.
We continue to Capo Caccia, an imposing rocky outcrop 168 m high, overlooking the sea. Arrival in Porto Conte, a beautiful natural bay where our boat is moored .
DAY 5: Porto Conte – Stintino (52 km)
Visit the Center for Environmental Education and Experience at Lake Baratz, the only natural lake in Sardinia. After the abandoned silver mine of Argentiera, we come to Stintino to admire the turquoise waters of the beach front of the Pelosa Beach one of the most beuatiful in the Mediterranean Sea.
DAY 6: Asinara National Park (20 km)
We sail in the beautiful bay of Stintino until you reach the island dell’ Asinara. Once a prison, this island is now a protected National Park of incredible beauty. This will be the stage of closure of our fantastic holiday to the boat, bike in Sardinia. Back in Stintino.

After breakfast, disembark and shuttle to Alghero
