Sardinia Corsica sailing charter

A wonderful itinerary for your sailing holiday in Sardinia and Corsica. We’ll start from ‘La Maddalena arriving in Porto Vecchio, then heading to the East Coast, and Ajaccio, towards the west coast. A holiday on a sailboat or catamaran is certainly the best way to fully enjoy all the beauty of this archipelago of unspoilt nature, with perhaps the most beautiful waters in the Mediterranean Sea, where the word pollution is entirely unknown.

Description

The Maddalena Archipelago
We’ll start in the archipelago of La Maddalena: located in the north east coast of Sardinia, declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO, the beauty of this archipelago is due not only to the beautiful pink beaches, but also to the presence of rocky bright granite shores and a dreamlike sea.

The Archipelago of La Maddalena is in fact a magical wild landscape, full of colours and scents, buffeted by the Mistral wind, full of sandy beaches, and an emerald sea, which offer a natural breathtaking scenery.

Here you will have about 180 km of coastline available and almost pristine granite rocks that alternate with unreal colors, for your boating holiday in Sardinia and Corsica.

Discover the islands
We will sail in a sea that un-paralleled elsewhere, among large and small slides, rocks and boulders sculpted by the wind, inlets, and beautiful coves, where we can discover an underwater world populated by thousands of plants and animal species, ancient shipwrecks and underwater archaeological sites of considerable interest. All this, together with a pristine wilderness full of fragrant plants:

An amazing journey, a great destination for those who love sailing holidays based on relaxation and nature.

Seven Islands
Located in the stretch of water between the Straits of Bonifacio and the Emerald Coast, the Maddalena archipelago consists of seven islands: La Maddalena, one of the few towns inhabited year round; Caprera totally uninhabited, (beautiful and wild it hosts one of the most famous sailing schools in the world); Santo Stefano; Spargi; Budelli with the famous pink beach where the corals form a pink strip on the beach which is unique in the world; Razzoli famous for its lighthouse and Santa Maria, plus a host of islands (including Mortorio, Soffi and Nibani) scattered in the most beautiful sea in the Mediterranean.

Budelli and Caprera
In the Archipelago there are some the most famous and evocative beaches of the Mediterranean. Among those worthy of mentioning are the Spiaggia Rosa del Cavaliere a Budelli, Cala Coticciu and the shipwreckat Caprera, Cala Corsara and Cala Granara in Spargi.

Not only Maddalena
To complete this dream cruise we add navigation to the most beautiful destinations in the south west of Corsica, such as Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Propriano and Figari Bay as well as the East Coast such as Bonifacio (Bonifacio is not a mistake as you can bathe in the Mediterranean Sea on the one hand and in the Tyrrhenian Sea on the other)the islands of Lavezzi and Cavallo and the Gulf of Sant’Amanza and Porto Vecchio.

Corsica
Corsica is the ideal destination for those who love the sea, its perfumes and its music, and want to experience the breeze of the Mediterranean. But not only that, among the wonderful blue sea and bright blue sky that frames everything, the island reveals to those who wander in its interior, an emerald green heart with indescribable shades.

the Inland
Inland, walking through the paths immersed in the forests of larch trees, ferns, oaks, holm oaks and pines you can reach forests, waterfalls and mountains with unique landscapes such as the la Cima della Vacca Morta, where you can enjoy incomparable panoramic views of the mountains and the south coast.
Those south coasts that are the destination of our chartered catamaran or sailboat holidays.

Discover Corsica
Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, Lecci, the Gulf of Sant ‘Amanza, the Bay of Figari, the small charming village of Propriano, on the Gulf which faces Ajaccio are names that evoke the scent of the sun and the sea, and which are essential stopovers cruising on a sailing boat in Corsica.

Come with us to discover a variety of fine sandy beaches, hidden coves and islets, perched villages, medieval villages and crystal clear sea, where you can moor in peace and enjoy the pleasures of the warm waters of the Mediterranean.

There will also be (as with all our holidays) the opportunity to sample some of the finest foods such as the salamis of the Alta Rocca, goat’s cheese, or Corsican honey a specialty not to be missed.

The sea here offers the Corsican cuisine many treasures such as redfish, snapper, mullet, sea bass and sea urchins that will delight your taste buds! In Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio and Ajaccio, for example, after a nice walk in the old city, we will take you to try one of the local restaurants.
