No Pollution
Here not only is there no trace of pollution, but there is no trace of humanity. Only clumps of heather, juniper and rock rose among the rocks displaying the extravagant forms, shaped by wind and water.

A Superbe nature
The numerous coves, made particularly spectacular by the transparency of the seabed, by the granite cliffs, covered in dense vegetation, are embellished by beautiful sandy beaches lapped by the sea with indescribable colours.

Discover the dunes, the bays, the coves, the beaches
In between the dunes of Cala Corsara, with three small white sandy beaches, the vegetation becomes large, lush and wild until it almost reaches the shore, drawing a landscape from a lost paradise.

Resting on the seabed of this wonderful island, among red and purple algae, orange sponges, we find the wreck of a Roman ship, once full of amphorae, a real attraction for divers.

Discover the mainland
Leaving the boat to go onshore (here it is really worth it), you can climb the cliff that borders the bay. The view embraces the inlets of Cala d’Alga and Cala Serraina up to the rock of Spargiotto. Great places sail in are Cala Granara, the small Cala Ciaccaro, and Cala Canniccio: Here, the boat seems to float on air, as the water is so transparent.

Cala Corsara, Cala Connari, Cala Granara are bays protected by large granite rocks sculpted by the wind, the lush vegetation, milky white sandy beaches, the ’emerald water; All this makes this island a must for any sailing holiday in the archipelago of La Maddalena.

Cala Corsara
The beach of Cala Corsara, the most famous one in the island is accessible only by sea, but if you go in high season you are likely to find the boats that take tourists on day trips.

The rocks shaped by the winds
Among the features of this magical island there is also the strange shape of many rocks due to modelling by weathe agents. A very famous rock is that of Strega visible on the west side of the beach of Cala Corsara.

At about 800 meters from the west coast in front of Punta Punta Croce d’Asino, the Islet Spargiotto rises from the sea entirely equal by nature and conformation to its older sister, very close to this, the Spargiottello which is almost a cliff.
